Bovisand Lodge Heritage Apartments will appeal to visitors with a love for places of historical interest. The wing of the Grade 2 Country House has been meticulously converted into three luxury apartments, every detail has been carefully considered from under floor heating & deep comfortable sofas to invigorating power showers. The apartments bring together the stature of a country house with modern state of the art living. Each apartment leads out to their own individual terrace.

Facilities

Start the day with a refreshing swim in the magnificent indoor heated pool, which is only open to residents and guests of the apartments and holiday park or take a short stroll through the holiday park grounds to the safe, sheltered beach. At low tide there is a wide expanse of sand with shimmering rock pools – a special place where you can reminisce and rediscover what life’s all about.

The Location

Situated in an unspoilt wooded valley running down from the hills of Staddon Heights the grounds open onto a safe sandy beach facing Plymouth Breakwater and the Cornish coast, yet is only six miles from Plymouth City Centre. Bovisand is set in a quiet, secluded location adjacent to the coastal path where you can relax and enjoy easy walks with breathtaking views or play golf at the nearby Staddon Heights course.

How To Find Us

Take A374 – Plymouth City Centre. Exit A379 Kingsbridge. Over long bridge then TAKE Plymstock EXIT. Continue along Pomphlett Road, to traffic lights at crossroads. TURN RIGHT INTO DEAN CROSS ROAD. Through traffic lights signposted TURNCHAPEL & HOOE. Continue along this road not turning left or right for about 1.5miles then BEAR LEFT INTO JENNYCLIFFE LANE. Through one way system then up hill to Staddon Heights (pylons on hill), PAST GOLF COURSE. Second turning on right down hill.
